Return Policy

• Returns are only accepted within 30 days of the purchase date.
• The buyer must contact us before returning any item. Items returned to us without contacting us first will be refused.
• Misdiagnosed products and unwanted products are accepted and subject to a %20 restocking fee.
• The return items must be in the same condition as when you received it.
• Items must be returned in the same shipping box/container that they were shipped in.
• Items returned to us damaged are not eligible for a refund.

Items returned to us in the following condition will be not eligible for refund:

• Items must be in NEW uninstalled condition and package the same way it was received.
• Packages received with items loose and not repackaged correctly are not acceptable
• Items installed or used will not be accepted
• Altered/modified, painted or damaged parts are not accepted
