Total shipping is calculated by the most expensive shipping cost out of all the items in the shopping cart plus $2.50 or less for each additional item (not exceeding the normal shipping cost). If an additional item’s normal shipping cost is already less than $2.50 then that cost is used instead.

The shipping cost listed on all of our products is for the 48 continental states only. Please inquire concerning shipment cost to any other state, country or region.
We will ship to Puerto Rico, Alaska and Hawaii also, but depending on the item, shipping cost may be more. If you are located in these areas please inquire about any additional shipping cost that may or may not apply.

Feel free to inquire before you purchase as to how your package will be shipped and from which location. While we reserve the right to use the carrier of our choice, we always notify the customer of any changes.
We have three stores strategically located around the U.S.
The home office is located in Florida and our other depot's are in Arizona and Maryland. From our depot's in Arizona and Maryland we only ship via UPS ground. Local pickup is not available in these locations due to the zoning. Local pickup is only available in our Florida location.
While we have 3 locations, not all items are always in stock at all stores due to the volume of business we do, and of course, availability. If you have a question concerning an item's availability in a certain store, please email us first. Please do not assume the product will be shipped from the store closet to you.
Smaller items are shipped via priority mail from our Florida store. When multiple items are purchased, we usually ship from our Arizona store or the closest store, depending on availability.
We prefer only to ship to a PayPal or credit card confirmed addresses. This is for the consumer's and our protection. In order for address confirmation to succeed, a buyer's address is checked against the credit card billing address maintained by their credit card company. This means that if you, the customer pays with a credit card either over the phone or via PayPal, we will only ship to the address that your credit card info is mailed to. Certain exceptions are made. As we ship thru both UPS and USPS, a physical address is required.
We reserve the right to cancel any order and refund the customer if these guidelines are not met. These precautions are for everyone's protection.
